Delivery

We deliver within the Nairobi Metropolitan Area first. Delivery zones, fees and the estimated delivery date are confirmed with every quote before you pay.

Returns

Unused stationery in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Electronics carry the manufacturer’s warranty; faulty items are replaced or repaired under that warranty. Contact [email protected] with your order number to start a return.

Invoices

Every order is invoiced with an electronic tax invoice as required by the Kenya Revenue Authority.
