Use of this website

Content on this website is provided for information. Service descriptions are not offers; every project is confirmed in a written quotation and agreement.

Shop orders

An order request is not a binding order until we confirm stock, price and delivery in writing. Prices are in Kenyan shillings and state whether VAT at 16% is included. Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Title passes on full payment.

Quotes and projects

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Work begins after written acceptance and any agreed deposit.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law. Otherwise our liability for any order or project is limited to the amount paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
