• Technical data (device, browser, pages viewed) through analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Newsletter email addresses, confirmed by double opt-in.

Lawful basis and retention

We rely on your consent (forms, cookies, newsletter) and on taking steps at your request before a contract (quotes and orders). Enquiry data is kept for 24 months after the last contact; order data for the period required by Kenyan tax law.

Sharing and transfers

We share data only with service providers needed to run the site, send email and process orders. Where a provider stores data outside Kenya, we ensure appropriate safeguards and record the location.

Your rights
